How to Add a shift?

Access the Timesheet menu within the Admin Dashboard and choose ‘Work Schedule’. Then, click on the ‘Add Schedule’ option located at the top right corner. All the details of the shifts can be managed here.

To add schedules, fill in the necessary fields.

Firstly, select the desired team for assigning the shift from the dropdown menu labeled ‘Teams’.

Next, choose the employees by selecting them from the ‘Members’ section.

  • If you opt to assign employees a previously saved schedule, you can select that schedule from the Schedule Template option. Upon selecting a template, the remaining details will be filled in automatically. Save the selection to assign the shifts to employees.
  • In case you’re not choosing a previously saved schedule, input details including the start date, end dates, shift times, and minimum working hours. Save the shift after entering these details.
  • The scheduled shift can be viewed on the employee calendar within the Work Schedule page.
  • How to save a Shift Template

  • Check the ‘Save as template’ option, which will reveal a field labeled ‘Schedule template name.’
  • Enter the desired name for the schedule template and save the shift template.
  • Subsequently, this template can be selected from the Schedule Template option when adding a new shift.
  • How to repeat a shift?

  • Select ‘Repeat Shift’ to access options for specifying the days for repetition and setting the repeat end date.
  • Provide these details and click ‘Save’ to implement the repeated shift.
  • How to set minimum working hours?

  • Establish minimum working hours for shifts by selecting the option available when creating a new shift.
  • Choose the desired minimum working hours required for the shift and then click ‘Save’ to apply the minimum working hours.
