To make use of app & Url features, First set the app productivity, then categorize apps based on their niche, and the analyze the tracked data.<\/p>\r\n

A. How to set App Productivity?<\/h4>\r\n

First you have to set the app productivity. For that navigate to \u2018\u2018Settings\u2019<\/strong>\u2018 from the Dashboard. Then go to \u2018App Productivity\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\"App\r\n

This will take you to a page with options to categorize apps into productive, non productive, and neutral.<\/p>\r\n

From here you can set certain apps under any above mentioned category. Enter app name, the productive type and click on update.<\/p>\r\n\"\"\r\n

B. How to categorize apps?<\/h4>\r\n

Now, you can also categorize apps based on their niche. For that, From the Settings, navigate to \u2018app categories\u2019.<\/p>\r\n\"\"\r\n

Enter the \u2018app name\u2019<\/strong>, select the \u2018category\u2019<\/strong>, and click on \u2018update\u2019<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n\"\"\r\n

You also have options to change and add categories.<\/p>\r\n

To change categories, click on the \u2018Change category\u2019<\/strong> button. A pop up appears, select the category from the drop down. Click on \u2018save\u2019<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n\"\"\r\n

To add categories, select \u2018add new category\u2019<\/strong> option. Give a category title, and select a preferred color theme. The, click on \u2018add new\u2019<\/strong> button in order to add a category<\/p>\r\n\"\"\r\n

C. How to view the tracked app & URL?<\/h4>\r\n

To view the reports of tracked app & urls, go to the \u2018App & URLs\u2019<\/strong> menu from the admin dashboard.<\/p>\r\n

The report contains detailed reports of users\u2019 activity percentage, productivity rate, productivity graph, app category,<\/p>\r\n

Get customized reports by selecting the team, users and the preferred date.<\/p>\r\n\"\"\r\n

D. How to Add a New App Category?<\/h4>\r\n
  • Access “Settings”<\/strong> from the left panel<\/li>\r\n
  • Click on “App Categories”.<\/strong><\/li>\r\n

    This section displays the details of the applications used by the employees.<\/p>\r\n\"\"\r\n

    In the top right corner, Select the “Add New Category”<\/strong> button, enabling the addition of new app categories to the existing list.<\/p>\r\n\"\"\r\n

    Input the Title<\/strong>, choose the desired color theme, and then click “Add New.”<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\"\"\r\n
